Minnesota’s Medical Marijuana Program is a mess

Minnesota is my current residential state. My name is Samuel Goldman and I’m 21 years old. Last winter I was denied access to medical marijuana. three different specialists denied me. At the time I was battling two door issues. Chronic neuropathic foot pain and severe muscle spasms. The spasms looked cool but they were extremely painful.

I had major foot surgery barely 5 years ago. My toes spontaneously began curling up. Then they began forming a ball like shape. Both of my feet morphed at the exact same time . The horrific physically transformation was terrible. So terrible that I needed surgery. The surgery reconstructed both of my feet. When I say reconstruct I mean it. Both feet were smashed and rebuilt. They underwent this process simultaneously. For a few years, my feet were as good as new. Then My feet kept getting worse. Last winter I could barely move.

Numerous media outlets have exposed local MMJ. However, they have ignored the problem. The problem isn’t the shortage of patients. The problem is the media outlets. More specifically the ones have focused on this issue. It is defiantly an important issue. However, it doesn’t tell the whole story. The whole story is crazy. So crazy that you might not believe it. It took me a few weeks to believe it.

I have always enjoyed online research. So I began researching how to get MN MMJ. Then I began researching who would recommend it. What I found was shocking. The answer to the second question isn’t public. The answer to the first question is simple. You find a specialist that is willing to give you a recommendation.

Legal MMJ often has transparency. You can easily look up who will recommend it. The search only takes a few seconds. Minnesota has chosen to take a different approach. No one knows what specialists will recommend it. This absence of information creates a roadblock. A roadblock that Minnesotans continue to face. Winning the Minnesota MMJ lottery is only a start. It doesn’t place you in 1st place. All it does is cause even more problems.

West Coast states perfected the art of legal MMJ. Minnesota has disgraced the masterpiece. The state has done everything wrong. The lengthy list includes the following mistakes.prohibiting consuming or possessing actual marijuana. Prohibiting MMJ traditional dispensaries, and over regulating it. The printing of legal tender is less regulated. For clarification Minnesota MMJ is marijuana. But the state doesn’t dispense 100% plant products. A method very different than California. This decision drives up MMJ costs. It also allows BS products.

The word medical marijuana has the word marijuana in it. Minnesota’s program allows patients to use THC. But they’re unable to eat or smoke MMJ. 100% CBD products are the only alternative. The CBD products won’t get you high. My preferred CBD brand is the Fay Farm.

Interview with Cannabis Breeder/Grower Jamal Hackler

Samuel Goldman: What sparked your interest in growing legal marijuana ?

Jamal Hackler: My Career in Cannabis Started after my first seeds was given to me at 13 years old. A Farmer I grew Corn for in North Carolina knew I had seizures sometimes, he helped me understand that man has been using cannabis since the beginning of time.

Samuel: Indoor or outdoor ?

Jamal: The Outdoor Sun grown Cannabis is how I started but later I evolved into Greenhouse and then Indoor.

Samuel: Can you please describe the marijuana growing cycle ?

Jamal:The Cannabis Grow cycle is a very natural one that is very easy to understand, first the seed is a small universe all to itself, the seed is germinated in the soil for a short time ( placed in soil) then a tap root emerges from the seed husk. It takes hold in the soil to become the base or root of the plant. Second, the Tap root begins to elongate and forms a stem that is the backbone or spine of the plant. Third and finally the seed husk is shed off or slowly opens for life to emerge. The first petals of the plant are signs that the seed has become a plant. The cycle of the plant are described as Vegetation cycle (when the plant drives roots far and wide into the ground while producing vegetation of leafs and branches to support growth.

The flower cycle is the end of the sole purpose of the plants existence its fruit or flowers are produced

When the summer equinox ends into fall well call the 12/12 light cycle an even amount of days verse night hours usually nature will slide into this period around September and finish up around October to November depending on Variety.

Samuel: What is the easiest strain to grow and what is the hardest ?

Jamal: I think Blue Dream is easy to grow while the hardest is the Harlequin (CBD)

Samuel: For those that don’t know what is the “Perfect Plant” Genesis project ?

Jamal: The Perfect plant project called Genesis is to bring the Genetics of Hemp and Cannabis Back together as a perfect plant for all uses, many people have bred traits out of Cannabis I’m working on restoring the Cannabis Plant back to it’s original state. So Genesis is the combining of masterful cannabis and hemp to create the perfect plant for all uses. Bio Mass, Tissue , Medicine and products like ink, plastic, paper and more importantly protein for food.

Samuel: Why should people support their local legal growers ?

Jamal: People should support the local growers because its great to have that input from our patients and recreational patients about improvements and new trends they would like to see.

In reality, we have a community to support by growing in turn they support us by being ambassadors for us.

Samuel: Do you have any crazy growing stories ?

Jamal: Plenty but It was at a time when it was Illegal so ill have to get back to you on that one..lol

Samuel: The average civilian isn’t familiar with marijuana growing terms. Can you please define a few of the common ones in layman’s terms ?

Jamal: Veg( vegetation) Dope( weed) Blunt (cigar w/ weed) Oil

Samuel: Why should people begin growing legal marijuana and how can they get started ?

Jamal: The more growers the better it helps educate and move people to be more open, Really it’s a sacrament in many religions but now its common to use it here in the west. Also, read books on Growing Marijuana by Ed Rosenthal

Samuel: How can people find you and Sacred Strains LLC online and on Social Media ?

Rejuvenation CBD Lotion Review

A bottle of Fay Farm Rejuvenation CBD Lotion.

Thoughts before trying it for the first time.

I have been waiting to try a form of Cannabis capable of targeting neuropathic pain for years. The packaging looks awesome and I’m guessing it smells good. I feel like a little kid on Halloween. For years I resisted the urge to try smoking illegal recreational marijuana and this summer I resisted the urge to try smoking legal recreational marijuana. I hope this CBD lotion will make the wait worth it. Knowing the Fay Farm it will.

Initial reaction

The lotion smells like fresh vanilla. It is a little thicker than traditional lotion and it appears to be a little more watery. It triggers a mellow mood that is very similar to the mood I experience after using the topical CBD muscle rub. My whole body feels mellow after testing out the lotion. The Muscle rub makes my head feel more mellow. Or as the stoners would say the CBD is a head high and the lotion is a body high. You can’t get high from CBD. It was an analogy. Like the Muscle Rub, the lotion instantly wiped out my pain, my anxiety, and my ADD. Initially, the lotion feels much stronger than the muscle rub.

Overall thoughts an hour later.

The mellow mood hasn’t intensified. I feel calm and productive. The lotions effect still feels stronger than the Muscle Rub’s effect. I am enjoying how the lotion is making me feel. I plan on continuing to use both products. If you don’t function well when you’re super mellow try out the Muscle Rub first. I wish the lotion was portable. If you haven’t tried the lotion already you should purchase some.
